The following items should be checked as indicated to maintain the warranty and ensure years of trouble-free service from the machine.
DAILY:
- Engine oil level
- Oil must reach the full mark, located on the fifth line up from the end of the dipstick.
- Engine coolant level
- Top off with Green 50/50 Coolant mix. Fill reservoir completely.
- Compressor oil level
- Oil must reach the full mark which is located where “MAX” is on the dipstick.
- Check for leaks in fuel lines, fuel filter seal, and fuel tank cap
- Check for leaks in oil filter seal, hydraulic lines and fittings, pneumatic blue lines, and clear lines
- Make sure there is no obstruction of the canopy vents.
- Obstruction could include debris in the vents or proximity of the vents to a vehicle or structure.
- Make sure there is no obstruction in the radiator fins.
- Obstruction could include blast media or debris preventing air flow through the radiator.
- Check engine air filters (in severe conditions)
- To remove debris, tap out filter media with the large filter opening facing upward on a hard surface. Replace filter element if necessary.
- Check compressor air filters (in severe conditions)
- To remove debris, tap out filter media with the large filter opening facing upward on a hard surface. Replace filter element if necessary.
WEEKLY:
- Engine air filter
- Replace filter element if filter element is compromised or cannot be tapped out.
- Compressor air filter
- Replace filter element if filter element is compromised or cannot be tapped out.
MONTHLY:
- Inspect battery electrolyte/water level, top off just above the cell plates.
- Top off with Distilled water only
Any leaks found (Oil or Fuel) must be repaired before operation.
