Parker Valve - Maintenance Guide

Learn how to maintain the parker valve found in your blast pot's control box.

Inside your blast pot's control box is a parker valve which helps to regulate media flow. The process itself takes about 5 minutes. We recommend to inspect and lubricate this valve once a month.

Maintenance Procedures

  1. Take the end caps off.
  2. Pull the spool out.
  3. Replace the O-Rings as needed.
  4. Lubricate the piston with lithium grease.
  5. Reinstall the piston and end caps.

It's important to reinstall the piston and end caps in the same orientation as they were taken out.
