Learn how to maintain and repair your blast pressure regulator.
The black ARO pressure regulator is found on the DB225, DB500, and DB800. The DB1500 and DB3000 have a larger regulator, but the maintenance process is the same.
Note: It is rare for this component to become stuck or accumulate debris, provided that the regulator threads are consistently lubricated and the equipment is shut down correctly.
The video below shows the maintenance and cleaning process for this piece.

Is your pressure regulator adjustment knob hard to turn or seized up?
As part of your monthly maintenance (or more often if preferred), make sure to clean and lubricate the threads of the pressure regulator knob with a lubricant such as lithium grease or Never-Seez.
